Ini juga Film kesukaan gue :D .. Judulnya JEANIE WITH THE LIGHT BROWN HAIR *panjangbener*
Dan Bersyukurlah buat Ristia kecil yang dulu gak bisa bahasa inggris dan bacanya gak tau kayak gimana gue jadi inget apa judul dari ini film yang panjang bener ini wkwkwk :D *sungguhLUCKY
Hahahaha jadi lucu pas search di google :D agak gak percaya gitu sama ingatan gue dan pronounciation gue pas dulu masih bocil banget , eeeh gak taunya bener wkwkwk :D
Buat kenang-kenangan masa kecil, gue share aja deh pronounciation gue dulu pas masih kelas 1 SD wkwkwk :D

JEANIE : harusnya orang yang udah tau cara bacanya biasa aja sebutnya "Jeni" but berhubung gue dulu masih kelas 1 SD baru lulus TK gue bacanya "jeanie" so, anak kecil gak salah dums :3

ADA YANG TAU KAH FILM INI  !! xD

Dulu pertama nonton film ini pas SD :D aaaa sukaaak banget pokoknyaa ..
Sebelum berangkat ngaji nonton film ini dulu. Ngajinya jam 3 film nya abisnya jam 3 yaudah bodo deh telat wkwkwk *anakdurhaka :D
Ada Aoyama Hajime yang sampe sekarang masih gue bilang kereeeen banget XD ..
Sering ngisengin satsuki tapi paling peduli sama satsuki .. uuuu co cweeet XD ..
Sekarang gue lagi proses pendowlodtan ini film .. SEMANGAAAT BGT gue sampe rela gak tidur semaleman XD .. Tapi sayang modem gue nyari ribut !!! Tinggal 1 detik doang dia malah diem aja gak jalan-jalan !!! Kampretooossss Bangatoooosss !!!!!!! PHP-in gue mulu nih modem, minta di ganti yang baru apa yak ?!! >:O *emositingkatkecamatan

CUMI GORENG TEPUNG SAOS ASAM MANIS

Bahan - Bahan :

  • 1/2 kg cumi besar
  • tepung berbumbu ( kalo gue tepung di kasih bumbu ex: merica bubuk dan garam  ^^, )
  • tepung roti putih kasar
  • 1 jeruk nipis
  • 2 butir telur di kocok lepas
  • minyak untuk menggoreng
Saus :

  • 3 butir bawang putih, keprek halus
  • 1/2 butir bawang bombay di iris kecil-kecil
  • Saus Tomat
  • Saus Sambal
  • 100 ml air
  • 1 sdm tepung maizena larutkan dengan sedikit air ( kira-kira 5sdm air )
  • 1 butir jeruk nipis
  • gula, garam , merica, lada , royco/masako

Cumi Goreng :

  1. Bersihkan cumi dari kulit arinya, potong-potong cumi dan bentuk seperti cincin , bagian kepala dan kaki juga di bersihkan dari mata, tinta dan yang keras-keras whatever namanya yang ada di kepala cumi :P. Setelah di bersihkan, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 30 menit.
  2. Gulung-gulung cumi di tepung berbumbu lalu celupkan kedalam kocokan telur, gulingkan ke dalam tepung roti. Diamkan selama 5-10 menit
  3. Panaskan minyak, kemudian goreng adonan cumi dalam minyak panas sampai berwarna kuning kecoklatan lalu tiriskan.

Saus Asam Manis :

  1. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum
  2. Masukkan irisan bawang bombay, tumis sampai layu
  3. Tambahkan saus tomat, saus sambal, air, air jeruk nipis. Aduk-aduk
  4. Masukkan gula, garam, merica bubuk, secukupnya. Aduk-aduk
  5. Masukkan larutan tepung maizena, aduk sampai mengental

Sajikan cumi goreng dengan Saus Asam Manis

Nb :

Saus dapat di tuang ke cumi atau di pisah sama enaknya ^,^
